Oat-licious Poke Bowl

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoon of Quaker Instant Oatmeal
- 1 1/2 cup of nonfat milk
- 5 large grapes
- 5 pieces of walnut
- 20 grams of carrots
- 20 grams of pumpkin
- 20 grams of mini tomato
- 30 grams of broccoli
- 20 grams of salmon
- 1 Egg
- Pinch of salt
Procedure
1. Simmer non fat milk to make it warm. Pour into the bowl of instant oatmeal. Stir well. Set aside.
2. Boil egg for 6 minutes. Once cooked, peel egg shell, cut egg into half, set aside.
3. Cut carrots, pumpkin, mini tomato, broccoli into smaller pieces.
4. Cut salmon into small cubes.
5. Place all the cut ingredients, grapes and walnuts into the bowl of instant oatmeal.
5. Sprinkle a pinch of salt to taste. Enjoy!
