Overnight Matcha Oats
Ingredients

 Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup Quaker Oats 
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha powder 
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener (honey/maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt (optional)

Toppings

  • 1 teaspoon strawberry jam
  • 1 strawberry, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced 
  • 1 tablespoon nuts  (walnuts/pecans/almonds) 
Procedure
  1. In a jar, combine oats, milk, matcha powder, sweetener, chia seeds, yogurt.

     
  2. Mix well until no clumps are present. 

     
  3. Seal the jar and place it in the fridge overnight.

     
  4. Take out oatmeal after a night and top oatmeal with sliced fruits, nuts, jam.
