Overnight Matcha Oats

Ingredients
Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup Quaker Oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon sweetener (honey/maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon yogurt (optional)
Toppings
- 1 teaspoon strawberry jam
- 1 strawberry, sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon nuts (walnuts/pecans/almonds)
Procedure
- In a jar, combine oats, milk, matcha powder, sweetener, chia seeds, yogurt.
- Mix well until no clumps are present.
- Seal the jar and place it in the fridge overnight.
- Take out oatmeal after a night and top oatmeal with sliced fruits, nuts, jam.
