Quaker Healthy Easy Granola
Ingredients

Dry Ingredients :

  • Rolled Oats (6 cups)
  • Sliced Almonds, with skin on (3 cups)
  • Chopped Walnuts (1 cup)
  • Light Brown Sugar (half cup or less)
  • Ground Cinnamon (3 quarter teaspoon)
  • Salt (half teaspoon or less)

     

Wet Ingredients :

  • Honey (3 quarter cup)
  • Canola Oil (3 quarter cup)
  • Pure Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)

     

Add after baking :

  • Dried Cranberries (1 & half cup)
  • Dark Raisins (1 & half cup)
Procedure

Instructions :

  1. Preheat oven 150C

     
  2. Mix all dry ingredients 

     
  3. Mix all wet ingredients 

     
  4. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix till all combined

     
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking tray

     
  6. Bake for 40 mins

     
  7. Stir the mixture every 8 mins while baking to ensure the mixture is evenly bake

     
  8. Once baked, stir in all dried fruits while it’s still hot

     
  9. Let it cool before storing
