Ingredients
Dry Ingredients :
- Rolled Oats (6 cups)
- Sliced Almonds, with skin on (3 cups)
- Chopped Walnuts (1 cup)
- Light Brown Sugar (half cup or less)
- Ground Cinnamon (3 quarter teaspoon)
- Salt (half teaspoon or less)
Wet Ingredients :
- Honey (3 quarter cup)
- Canola Oil (3 quarter cup)
- Pure Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
Add after baking :
- Dried Cranberries (1 & half cup)
- Dark Raisins (1 & half cup)
Procedure
Instructions :
- Preheat oven 150C
- Mix all dry ingredients
- Mix all wet ingredients
- Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix till all combined
- Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking tray
- Bake for 40 mins
- Stir the mixture every 8 mins while baking to ensure the mixture is evenly bake
- Once baked, stir in all dried fruits while it’s still hot
- Let it cool before storing
