Savory Sourdough Oat Crackers

Ingredients
- 200g sourdough starter discard
- 1/4 cup of quick oats
- 28g butter
- 2 teaspoon of dried herbs of choice (rosemary, thyme, sesame seeds..etc)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Water
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius
- Melt butter and let rest to room temperature
- Blend quick oats until fine
- Combine and mix blended oats, sourdough discard together with the herbs, salt, and melted butter
- Add small amounts of water as necessary
- Use a butter knife to spread onto tray that's lined with baking paper
- Bake for 10 minutes. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut up crackers to preferred size
- Continue baking for 30 minutes or until golden brown
- Enjoy your healthy snack!
