Ingredients

1 Serving

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • An egg 
  • One whole avocado (sliced)
Procedure
  1. Boil water mixed with milk
  2. Stir in oats.
  3. Cook about 5 minutes over medium heat; stir occasionally. Serve to bowl
  4. Add an egg
  5. Lastly, add 1 whole avocado (sliced)
