Blueberry Quaker Instant Oat Tart
Oat Crust
- 200g Quaker Instant Oat
- 20ml milk
- 1 cup of mashed ripe banana
- Yogurt Filling
- 2 cups of yogurt (any flavor)
Topping
- 1 cup of blueberries
Oat Crust
1. Preheat the oven to 160° Celsius.
2. In a medium bowl, mix Quaker Instant Oat, mashed banana and milk. Stir to combine.
3. Lightly spray some oil on the bottom of tart pan.
4. Add the oat crust to the pan a spread out evenly on the bottom and the sides, pressing down firmly.
5. Put into oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Yogurt filling and Assembly
1. Remove the crust from the tart pan.
2. Add as much the filling which fit into the oat crust and spread evenly on the surface and freeze for 15 minutes to allow the crust and filling to set.
3. Add some blueberries on the top of the tart, freeze for 5 minutes until ready to serve.
