Ingredients

- 5 tablespoon Quaker Instant Oats

- 200 ml milk/soy milk

- 30 gram dried bean curd

- 1 egg

- 10 gram instant dates

- white sugar/brown sugar/honey (as desired)

Procedure

1. Soak the dried bean curd for 30 mins

2. Boil the milk in the pot

3. Add the dried bean curd , boil till soft

4. Add the oats, boil for 2 mins

5. Add the egg and cook for 1 min. Stir well

6. Add sugar/ honey. Stir well

7. Serve with instant dates
