TCM Nourishing Overnight Oats
Ingredients

(1 serving)

- 50g Quaker Whole Rolled Oats

- A few walnuts pieces  

- A few cashew nuts

- 10 wolfberries

- 3 dried longans

- A few pitted red dates slices

- 200ml almond milk

- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Procedure

1. Wash and soak wolfberries, dried longan and red dates for 5 minutes and drain.

2. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl or mason jar.

3. Chilled in the refrigerator for 5 hours or overnight. Enjoy.
